PROJECT PLANS The first phase will have 17 apartments for about 25 people. They are three blocks of apartments, organised around central plaza where a Realization tree (Delonix Regia) has been planted on the 29^th February 2008. The first block of 5 apartments will be started first in June and the other blocks of apartments will be started when the funds will be available.
