Workshop Description
Perception training makes you conscious of your visual perceptive blocks and gives you drawing exercises how to overcome them. Our perception (of every sense!) is strictly limited by what we think.  Most people are not even able to see, what is right in front of their eyes.  They register what they see, and then the mental part of their brain makes the information fit into their habits and belief systems.  By realizing this mechanism we become able to perceive the real physical form and by seeing that you can go further and start to see energy fields …  In this class you might find a different access to silence your mental and to unfold your creativity.

Please bring: Drawing pad (30 / 20 cm) with a solid back, 2 soft pencils 2 B up to 5 B, 1 dark ball pen or marker
