Workshop
Description The very substance of our bodies is charged and structured
with an intelligence that is inclusive, vast and detailed. This workshop will
consist of a progressive concentration and activation of the physical, energetic
and spiritual potentialities within and around the body through the integration
of meditation bodywork and dance. We learn to perceive, to harmonize, and to unify
different conditions of substance, qualities of energy, states of consciousness
as we contemplate our body as a jewel in matter, a lotus in life,
a pyramid of power, a vortex of love, a sun of radiant bliss,
a sphere in of consciousness, a point in the infinity of being.
We
will work individually, with partners and with the group as a whole. Drawing on
guided as well as spontaneous exploration of the material, we join in aspiration
to bring new possibilities for the body into vibrant living focus.
