Description
This course proposes to teach a practical method to develop the capacity for a clear communication with the intuition by exploring through which of our senses it expresses itself, by hearing, seeing, or feeling. It opens the possibility to interact with seldom used or trusted aspects of ourselves.
The full course is planned to spread over 3 years and centers itself on the possibility to support our personal and others growth process.
Learning a compassionate, practical method that eliminates the need to criticize and respects each unique life experience.
Persons interested in the course would be asked for a commitment to be working in a group, sharing the group consciousness that honors the trust and discretion of the participants.
Participants can be Aurovilians and Guests (who can follow up on the course in Italy).

Presenter
Bio
Sonja, is a Dutch national living in Auroville since 1979 working on many community projects. Experiencing the integral yoga is her unique unfolding. She has worked as a therapist and facilitator since 1990, and was trained in Findhorn, Scotland for the Transformation game in 1990, and for the Human Element Workshop in USA in 2003. She is working for a synthesis of applying all the discoveries from without and within. |
