Description
Pilates is a method and technique of physical exercises which focus on:
- developing the inner abdominal muscle (transverse abdominus) which runs like a belt around the waist, plus pelvic floor muscles
- working with neutral pelvis and neutral spine - these exercises allow the spine to keep a maximum stability, therefore affecting posture and body alignment as a whole: feet, knees, pelvis, spine, shoulders and neck alignment
- lengthening the limbs, bringing space in the joints
The result can be no more pain (if any) in these parts; a more beautiful and symmetrical postural alignment, more strength in the abdomen and back and definitely a flatter abdomen, which is by no means negligible! I offer private, basic, intermediate, and advanced level classes.

Classes reserved for guests: may be adapted to the needs and levels of the students

Bio
Savitri
I trained for 9 months at the Pilates Institute in London, where I received my diploma.
I am certified in all matwork, fitness ball, Reformer, Cadillac, Spine corrector & all other lesser known Pilates equipment, basic, intermediate and advanced levels. I am also YMCA (London) certified fitness instructor in aerobics and step aerobics, and gym training. I teach sports at New Creation Sports ground. |
