Description
Oxygen is the 1st energy of life. Inadequate breathing results in stress at body and mental levels. In contrast, proper breathing leads to relaxation. When the mental becomes relaxed, it opens itself to the “Here and Now“, the first step of meditation. When the body relaxes, consciousness comes down into the physical matter.
Aims of the workshop:
- Change consciously and voluntarily the way you breathe into a “deep, regular and slow breathing” (Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras).
- Learn to keep this breathing in action through different simple Yoga asanas and somatic exercises.
- Learn to develop consciousness in the body and to become the witness of your unconscious reflexes. Then, consciously and voluntarily, be able to decide to change.
Work with yourself, on yourself, to your Self. Whatever may be your field of practice, right respiration will always increase your abilities by taking you closer to your Self.
